Oh, dear lord, kill me now! Did she say the original was made with Gorgonzola????? Oh, I'll have do do it half with that and half with the cheddar and see which is better.
Oh, and stock up on the Beano. Yeah, lotsa onions will do that to me. But, with the miracle of modern chemistry, they may be enjoyed without undue embarrassment.
