Been silently stalking you this week. Bum knee giving me fits and I just haven't had any energy for, well, anything.
And yes, you must die for Hootenanny recipe alone. I will wind up standing on bum knee to make it even though the knee and the waistline are screaming, "Nooooooooo!"
