Ok..Ok...No....I have not lost what little mind I have left .
All y'all should have figured out by now that I am NOT a morning person.
I am of the " Do not talk to me before 10 am and I've had my Dunkin Donuts coffee " variety gal.
SU should remember this.
It would save me being less that ladylike in any reply to him as he yammers all the damn way into town first damn thing in the morning.
HINT much ?
Anyhoo...for one reason or another , I am going to be buying that little beauty tonight after work.
NO...not Bruce...Gawd don't I wish...Lisa..I'd even share honey honest and true I would ~ LMAO.
We've had our carpet cleaner at least 12 years because it's been 10 years since the robbery and we had the new carpet then and I'd bought the cleaner a couple of years before Sonny installed the carpet and I don't recall how long he's been gone...
So lets say 12 years and be done with that bit of malarky.
I have got to have a carpet cleaner that really works right now with Xena's issues.
Period.
I think we've work the original one out and while it is sweet for the NG's to loan open ended their spot bot..that ain't cutting it.
I hate to admit this as a world class shopper , but I've never set foot in a Kohls .
Ever.
Guess who has the best price from all of the on line research I've been doing ?
Yup.
Hello Kohls
Have a great weekend.
Ciao,
Aunty Pol

LOL!! (the Bruce quip) and
Oh, boy! Appliance shopping!!!
See I'm the kinda girl who would not be insulted if the significant other gifted me with a household appliance for whatever. As long as it met my needs (and hopefully, 'cause it's a gift, be the upgraded model I lusted after but couldn't justify in the budget), I'd be over the moon!
I'm sorry that the Xena problems prompted this, but I'm excited that you're getting a shiny new toy! Enjoy!
Wel, it would seem that I am still a Kohls virgin. Kohls and Tarjay are in the same strip center and Tarjay is the only one that sells the Bissell cleaner which works the best,
OF course , Gordy said..." Let's stop and look at the machines there at Tarjay which sorta pissed me off after a full day of on line research..but what the hell..it's Friday.
Damn'd if Tarjay didn't beat Kohls price by $35.00 plus give you a free $15.00 gift card.
IF SU gifted me on this sorta thing..LMAO...no it's the more " I'm gonna buy that SOB and if you argue...sux to be you so get with the program.
Took us 45 minutes to find the 4 phillips head screws mandatory to put it together.
Upside..no poo when we came home.
Win Win.
OXOOXOX
Ha!! I like the "get with the program approach," too.
(I suppose some would say, sadly) I always planned non-emergency appliance replacement to coincide with Xmas, birthday, Hallmark...errr... Valentine's Day, and then liberally shared what make and model I was lusting after... but, woe is me, it's not in the budget so I suppose we'll have to settle for the lesser model.
DH#1 caught on really quickly (DH#2, not so much)-- and would immediately say, "So, what if we got this for our joint [insert appropriate day] gift?" Soon thereafter I dropped the pretense and just outright said, let's get [lusted after appliance] for [appropriate day].
I swear both ex-DHs thought this was the greatest thing since sliced bread. No wondering to get the wife AND usually could believe he was using manly expertise in the selection process (as if!).
