Here are some conversions for you that I have..well...you said that you cannot remember them and me being the helpful lil wifey that I am..yeah...stop laughing , I can hear you .
Farenheit to Celsius Conversions: These are all about degrees dear.
325 F = 165 C
350 F = 180 C
375 F = 190 C
400 F = 200 C
425 F = 220 C
450 F = 230 C
Liquid Conversions
1 tsp = 1/3 Tbsp = 1/6 oz.
2 tsp = 2/3 Tbsp = 1/3 oz
3 tsp = 1 Tbsp = 1/2 oz
2 Tbsp = 1/8 cup = 1 oz
4 Tbsp = 1/4 cup = 2 oz
8 Tbsp = 1/2 cup = 4 oz
16 Tbsp = 1 cup = 8 oz
2 Cups = 1 pint = 16 oz = 1/2 quart
4 cups = 2 pints = 32 oz = 1 quart
16 cups = 8 pints = 4 quarts= 1 gallon

Heehee... I taped a similar list (only mine was F/C and oz/ml) to the inside of a book I got that was written over the pond. I got it for 99 cents since the bookstore couldn't move them. Your Country Kitchen by Jocasta Innes... I still remember the title and author - how bizarre! I'd forgotten about it! I'll bet that book is still up in the attic... If I recall, back in the 80s/90s I made lotsa stuff from it, translating every measurement, and it was quite good! Lots of stuff about "putting up," too.
