Ingredients
1 pint Chocolate Ice Cream*
1 cup Whole Milk
6 bottles Guinness Stout (bottles Or Cans)
Preparation Instructions
Put 4 scoops of your favorite chocolate ice cream into a blender. Add 1/2 cup of whole milk. Add 1 bottle of Guinness Stout. Blitz in blender until thick and creamy. Pour into a frosted glass and repeat for each person who wants one. If you want to be extra fancy you can garnish with shaved chocolate and or whipped cream. (p.s. try adding a few oz of guinness to the whipped cream. YUM!)
I know it sounds a bit weird… but TRUST ME! Its delicious!

OK, I know I don't have to comment on every single post but....
Chocolate cake & stout is awesome. I said yuck, but tried it 'cause my pregnant friend was jonesing for it and wanted just one sip (so, of course, I sacrificed myself and drank the rest of the bottle). Absolutely floored me that I LIKED the combination.
So I would give this a try. :-) Does sound vile, though! LOL!

I happen to have along with the SU a love for a good dry red wine and dark chocolate...
We love dark beer, tho usually I try to remember...I don't rink it I rent it as the plumbing kicks in.
